At NRG Fitness and Performance, we not only have the skills to best apply strength training programming to athletes of any sport by strategically altering how the body interacts with the resistance, we offer the appropriate recovery processes with MAT and intermittent hypoxia training. MAT restores neuromuscular communication that may be damaged during strength training and intermittent hypoxia training allows for a large dump of hormones that aid in muscular system repair and a quicker recovery. The combination of these two enhancement processes are only offered at a handful of other elite facilities in the USA.
