At NRG Fitness, our typical client relationship is 10+ years. We are focused on results, not numbers. We have no sales people or contracts. We simply offer a results-oriented, ergonomically-focused approach to fitness and athletic training. For this reason, our clients span in age and activity level, and come mostly through word-of-mouth referrals and community involvement. Whether your goals are to lose weight, tone up, take your sport to the next level, or simply implement a basic fitness routine for long-term health, we can help! We will assist in defining your goals, and actively participate in your workouts.

If you have been injured, dealt with stiffness, arthritis, or other health conditions that limit your mobility, we work in conjunction with our MAT specialists in order to pinpoint specific muscle weakness or areas of vulnerability, and address them as part of your training program. This is a unique approach to fitness, and we are proud to be able to offer this combination of services!

We offer individual and small group fitness sessions from novice to professional athletic level, as well as sport-specific cross-training.
